Davidson, NC After soccer at Richard Barry Memorial Park in Huntersville we were looking for a dog-friendly place to grab some dinner on the way home. We decided to check out the outdoor seating at Crafty Burg’r in Antiquity in Cornelius. We recalled seeing friendly dog water bowls outside and saw that as an invitation.
It was surprisingly happening on a Friday night. They had a two-piece band jamming in the corner and a solid crowd. We sat outside and enjoyed an adult beverage while we checked out the menu.
We both selected the “Garlic Bacon Burg’r” described as follows:
“This Vampire killer is topped with bacon, avocado, red onions and our homemade garlic aioli.”
Who could resist? Burg’rs come with 2 sides. I chose onion rings and a warm bean side dish which is like baked beans but better. My son ordered the chicken fingers and fries and got a side of mac-n-cheese from his mom.
The food was really good. The burgers challenge to be named one of the best around. Sides were great. Our puppy was happy to chill under the table. I definitely recommend Friday night at the Crafty Burg’r.
