Where’s Woody? The Ultimate Cow Scavenger Hunt Takes Over Davidson, NC
Davidson, NC – March 10 to April 13th, 2026 – Get ready to embark on an exciting adventure
in the charming town of Davidson, North Carolina! Starting March 10th, residents and visitors
alike are invited to participate in the second “Where’s Woody?” Ben & Jerry’s Cow Scavenger
Hunt. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Davidson’s beautiful streets and landmarks, this
interactive event is fun for the whole family, providing a unique way to explore the town while
discovering hidden surprises and new businesses.
What is the Where’s Woody Cow Scavenger Hunt?
The Where’s Woody Cow Scavenger Hunt is a town-wide quest where participants will hunt for
26 laminated Woody the Cow’s strategically placed throughout Davidson’s Businesses.
Similar to Where’s Waldo, hosted by Main Street Books each summer, participants are
encouraged to take photos, use the guide, and follow a trail of hints to discover the location of
each hidden cow.
How to Participate:
The scavenger hunt will begin on March 10th and run through April 13 th , the day before Ben &
Jerry’s Free Cone Day. To join in on the fun, participants can pick up their scavenger hunt maps
at local businesses listed on the Ben & Jerry’s Davidson Instagram page.
Please share your best cow sightings using the hashtag #WheresWoody2026. Special prize for
the person with the most posts using that hashtag.
Prizes and Rewards:
After finding a minimum 20 cows, return the map to Ben & Jerry’s where participants will be
entered into a raffle for a chance to win amazing prizes donated by local businesses including
Free Cone Day front of the line passes, Ben & Jerry’s swag and a chance to help us give away
over 3000 scoops as a scooper at Free Cone Day 2026.

The Where’s Woody Cow Scavenger Hunt was created by Ben & Jerry’s with the goal of
bringing the community together through fun, creativity, and support of Davidson merchants. It’s
a fun opportunity to discover new parts of Davidson and a few new businesses. This event is
open to all ages, so gather your friends, family, and fellow adventurers to uncover the hidden
cows!
