DAVIDSON, NC A quick review of local Real Estate statistics show that Davidson, NC had a robust 2018. Volume and all measures of price were higher. Lack of supply continues to be an issue in Davidson, especially in lower price points.
Nationally the trend is toward larger spreads between list price and sale price and longer days on market as we get used to a more balanced market. The seller’s market of early 2018 is over and now we will see slower price increases going forward. Rising interest rates, stock market volatility and political uncertainty are a drag on the Real Estate market.
